Hi there, my printer has been working without issue for quite some time. Today while printing, the ink level seemed low, but completed a full page print. I then swapped out a blue cartridge and attempted a re-print.
I received an error: "the print carriage cannot move. Open the cartridge access door. Clear any paper jam or obstruction, and select OK".
There is no jam or obstruction, and after selecting OK, I can see the carriage moving back and forth without issue...
I have attempted a hard reset as well as a full factory reset via the display panel.
Not sure what else to do.
Any assistance is appreciated.

Unfortunately as mentioned in my OP, I have tried all the steps listed in the link provided, and the same error persists.
Since this is the second of the same exact machine to have an issue out of warranty that cannot be fixed without repair, I have since bought an Epson printer and am much happier.
