Product: HP Officejet Pro 9020 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have the Carriage Jam error message where it says to clear any paper jam or obstruction. The carriage is stuck on the far right and I cannot move it by hand. There is no paper jam or obstruction. I have done the reset/unplug multiple times. Thank you for any assistance.

Same problem but on 9018.  Tried all recommended fixes, no joy.  Working fine on a Monday, carriage was jammed to the right when we came in next morning. Manual force  using hand/fingers won't budge the carriage either.  Almost ready to break out the front plastic panel to salvage the cartridges to use on a 9025 and throw the rest of the 9018 printer away .
