Good morning, I have a HP Officejet Pro 8710. I moved from the U.S. to Italy, and my ink cartridges needed replacement. The compatible cartridges are 953 XL in lieu of the 952XL in the States. I purchased and installed the 953XL cartridges and results as incompatible cartridges. I attempted to adjust the region to Europe/Italy, and I encountered the same outcome. How would I be able to correct this? Thanks.

Hello,
In order get your printer accept the compatible cartridges you bought in Italy a Printer Regionaization Reset is to be performed.
This reset is done under the guidance of a Level 2 engineer.
You may have to contact HP Tech Support in Italy and let them know the issue. They will be able to fix this issue.
