Despite replacing the cartridge with a new one , I still get the message that the cartridge (Black) is not installed properly and to remove and reinstall. I use the HP Instant ink service and from reading what others say, this may well be a problem with these cartridges. I've tried all solutions listed in the chat room but to no avail. Help!
