My printer was working fine until a few days ago when it keeps telling me to uninstall and reinstall the tri-color cartridge. I have done it several times, done it with the black, unplugged printer - basically everything I've read to resolve the problem and nothing is working. This printer is only 6 months old.

Do you've any spare tri-color ink to try? Are these HP genuine cartridges?
