Operating System: iOS

New hp 8015e printer but I can't open the cartridge access. Right side is unsecured, but left side seems locked. I turned on and off and also turned off, unplugged, unplugged power cord, repligges, and turned on. Cartridge access is still "locked" on left side.

You need to lift the scanner and document feeder at the same time, if the document feeder is open or lifted first then the left side is locked.
