Getting really frustrated. I get an error message every time I try to print. REMOVE AND REINSTALL THE INDICATED CARTRIDGE.

I do this and sometimes it will print. I think the (full) cartridge is faulty but trying to find an email to contact support is like trying to hack GCHQ. i have tried all suggested steps. ie, installing latest firmware and cleaning the heads. i just need a replacement colour cartridge. i don't want to buy another as it has hardly been used. I pay monthly for the ink as well. please can somebody help?
