HP Recommended

I have an HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer and it recently said that it had a Cartridge or Account Error. However, I have used this printer many times and I have only had issues with Wi-Fi connection. I have already gone through virtual assistant and have troubleshooting as much as I can and/or even know how to do it.  None of the other lit items are showing on the printer either, the only thing that is visible and lit up is the Wi-Fi symbol. Today I also purchased new black and colored ink cartridges, they are registering on the HP smart app however it still shows this status as validating cartridges or Cartridge or Account error. Any advice I need a printer and now it feels like I just wasted over $60 for new cartridges.
