HP OfficeJet 5230. I never had any problems. But after 10 days of absence, I get the following message : "Les cartouches indiquées ne communiquent pas correctement avec l'imprimante" i. e. "cartridges don't communicate correctly with printer". When I take the cartridges out and put them in again, it works for one print. But the the problem returns. What shall I do? Many thanks in advance. I have Instant Ink, but miss a black cartridge for the time

I'd be happy to help.
Let's try to reset the Printer here:
- Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
- Also, try connecting the Printer to a different wall outlet directly.
