Hi. My printer is 1 month old today it worked perfectly until yesterday. Printer for the first time shows it is OFFLINE.
2 QUESTIONS:
1, why did this occur ? Why did it change from ONLINE TO OFFLINE ?
2. How do I change it back so the printer becomes ONLINE again ? May I have step by step instructions to solve this ?
Thank you very much,
Libby.
Thank you,
Libby.
