How do I use an existing email address for eprint. Purchased new 8720 and want to use the existing (old) email address. Looked and looked throuhg all the help chats.... I can't see an answer?  When entering the 'desired' email address, it states that I can't use that one (yep i understand this,, cause that's the email address). Other help pages state, remove the web enable sevices, and try again... this doesn't work. .  I'm missing something..  Any help.  It shoudn't be this hard to change the printer's email. Thanks.

Can I reuse a customized printer email address?

It should not be that difficult, the answer should be available, it should work as described in the document.

Never, in all the time I have been using ePrint (years), has reusing an existing ePrint address worked for me.

Every time I have to kill off Web Services and start over, I must change the custom email address "just a little bit" to make that address unique (change / add one letter, for example).

I realize this is not the answer you seek.  I have never been that thrilled with it myself.

If you like, contact Support and ask them - the change might actually be easy to accomplish or at least something that Support can make happen.
