Hello Team,
I purchased my HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 3545 printer from Dubai, UAE. I moved to India and the ink catridges 650 is not available here. Instead I purchased 678 catridges which are available here. But when I use them, I get 'Incompatible Catridges' error. Could you please guide me to update/change my region to India?
Thanks and Regards,
Ramkumar Velusamy

Hi Asmita,
Great, it didnt help me. When you asked for 16 digit serial number, is it for old region caatridges or new region catridges? I shared you the new region 678 catridges serial number. I can buy numerous charger for a $100 mobile, but for this printer even though I bought original catridges, it doesnt work for other region. What does HP think, we stay in one country where we buy your printers? I will wait for one more communication from HP, else, I'm going to throw this trash printer outside my home and let everyone knows it is a piece of junk.
Hello HP,
You can also hire me for providing solutions, if you are genuinely interested in solving customers query. You are just wasting time.
Thanks and Regards,
