Hi @MikeJeep

Welcome to the HP Support Community! We're here to help you get back up and running.

Thank you for sharing the situation—and I’m truly sorry your laser printer stopped working right after changing the toner. I appreciate your patience and want to help you get it back up and running. To guide you accurately, I’d like to understand a few key details first:

  • What is the exact model of your HP Laser printer?
  • What is the full error message displayed on the screen or in the HP App?
  • Did you replace all toner cartridges or just one?
  • Are you using original HP toner or a third-party cartridge?
  • After replacing the toner, did the printer recognize the new cartridge or show any blinking lights?

Once I have this context, I’ll walk you through the most effective steps to restore printing.

The more details you provide, the better we'll understand the problem and the faster we can resolve it!

We're looking forward to helping you get back up and running!

Regards,

Hawks_Eye
