HP Recommended

I have the HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 Printer.  When I changed the ink and closed the compartment, it started going through the process of checking the printer.  All of a sudden all the icons on the touch screen and the printer started flashing. The touch screen turned blue and the number 0435898 appeared.  I cannot turn the printer off and when I unplug the machine and plug back up, it starts like it is going to work and then the screen turns blue again with the same number showing.  Can you tell me what to do?
