Product: HP Officejet 6700 Premium e-All-in-One Printer - H711n

Hello!  I replaced an ink cartridge (HP brand) and get printer failure error and asks me to turn off printer, unplug and turn back on.  I have done that but no results.  Last week I also changed an ink cartridge and had similar issues, so turned off for two days, then it seemed to work.  Any ideas what is going on?+
