Wow! It turn about 20 minutes for the Chat adviser to tell me to call phone support [edit]. The advisor's responses took about 2 to 3 minutes each, like what is your alternate phone number. 20 minutes later, after I said my Photesmart printer print-window wouldn't let me use Photo size 4x6in with Paper size 4x6in with the Photo tray (window says "Phote doesn't fit on the selected paper"). Guess the Photosmart isn't so smart .. but 20 minutes to even ask the question?!
Weekend Chat is useless.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
