Hello everybody, I'm going to buy second hand device and I'd like to know more about its conditions.  Does it have inner diagnostic chip with statistic information about its history of working?

Low end models like this retain very little data that you can access. You will likely get basic page count data and there should be an error log report but there is not the advanced diagnostics you find on their Enterprise machines.
