Installed brand new cartridges and get message “checking the printer please wait. Kept spinning so I tried to shut down but no luck. Removed power supply, plugged back in and tried again. Same issue. Reinstalled old cartridges and it was fine, except the color quality was bad. So reinstalled the brand new cartridges and same error. Any ideas on a fix? Thanks.
