Dear Sir,

 

I installed my HP ink cartridge after that there post show up  in my window secreen you can find it in the attachment photo and the link to click on and collect HP Rewards is not taking me to the site to claim my points for purchase. I have done this in the last week and no issue, today it's not working. 

 

Please advise how to fix and claim my rewards.

Very interesting. My understanding is the program ended 6 months ago but why you could claim last week
