Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've done everything I can think of.  I cleaned the inside of the printhead, but it still didn't work!  Is there an easy way to clean the exterior of the printhead (the part that actually comes into contact with paper)?

Hi @readf

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.

  • What is the issue with the printer?
  • Is the print quality not satisfactory?
  • The printhead on this printer is non-removable. You may clean the printhead from the printer screen.
