HP C5280

Hi everyone,

Hoping you can help with a clear carriage jam issue for a HP C5280 please?

There is nothing jammed in the printer and I've followed the instructions on the link below. The printer was working perfectly this morning then suddenly started to make make grinding noises when resetting. I removed the ink cartridges but cannot see any issues. The grinding appears to be coming from the right hand side of the printer near the ink cartridges.

Thanks for any help.
