Hello! I'm having trouble with my deskjet 3755. It is barely printing words on the pages but my ink cartridges are full. When I looked up, it said it may be due to the printer not being used for a while. That is certainly the case with me. When I typed in the question on the forum, it was answered but with directions using a Mac computer. I don't have a Mac, I have an Asus and wanted to know how I could clean the cartridges using the software from my laptop.

HP Recommended

If you haven't used a printer for longer than a couple of weeks there is no cleaning that can help you.
