I am into the EWS for the printer and are asked for username and password. No matter what I type I got the reply wrong username/passwrod. Is there a Method to get around it and reset?

Hi,

 

You will  need to do a factory reset. Are you sure your printer is Deskjet 2637?

It was a misprint in the model, right should be Deskjet 2632.

 

How do I do the factory reset?

The only thing I can find is press and hold the Wireless and Cancel buttons at the same time for three to five seconds which is not FACTORY RESET and it is Network reset. However you can give it a go but I doubt it will do a factory reset. For some very unknown reason HP is hiding the process (similar issue on my 3762) or the function does not purely exist which is very very odd.
