Code B3E18BEB on an HP ENVY Photo 7800 (7858)

Hello. After our printer sits there for a bit (undetermined # of minutes) it freezes up showing a blue screen with code: B3E18BEB and the home and ? lights flashing. The only way to reset it is to turn it off and back on.

Firmware seems to be current. (PALSUPPPXN003.2220B.00) 

I cannot find any published error codes that match or anyone else that seems to have this issue... Thoughts?

I understand you are getting an error message B3E18BEB  on your HP ENVY Photo 7858 Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

We need to perform a Semi full reset to restore the printer back to its original settings.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
