Bonjour, 

 

Le code suivant apparaît et clignote sur mon imprimante :

ERROR CODE OX83C0002B NOS_LOADER_APP 

Que puis-je faire ? J'ai essayé de débrancher et de réinitialiser l'imprimante mais rien y fait.
