Hello,

 

my HP Color Laser MFP 179fwg operates as followed:

turn on - system initialize -  warming up - ready - telephone- system initialize and so on. it gets stuck in a loop.

Serial No is [Personal Information Removed]

 

Is there any way to hard-reset it?
