My printer working with the firmware 20200612.I use it via wireless connection. The printer can work well through lan.I can print docs from all my devices under the same router. But when I try to set web service through "options">"web service", the printer shows Error 49 SERVICE ERROR and just reboot.Anyone has any idea for this?

Try disabling IPV6 protocol as there were issues in the past with that being active.

You mean I should stop allocating IPV6 address for printer in router or there are some option in printer to disable ipv6 on it?

If the latter, could you please tell me how to disable  ipv6 on printer?

HP Recommended

You need to go into the embedded web server of the printer, go to the networking setup and there is an option to disable IPV6 directly on the printer.
