Hi HP Support, 

 

My HP Deskjet F2410 can't print color. 

I've replaced the cartridge and always use the original HP cartridge. 

 

The printer setting in the control panel also already been checked and looks good.

Color copy also can't perform as well. 

 

Please advise.

If you have any spare color cartridge, do try that.
