Color printing option not visible/missing

I recently installed the full driver package for my Officejet 3830 printer on my new laptop that uses Windows 10 64 bit Operating System.  I'm able to print but there are no options to print in color.  I'm unable to locate any option to select black/white, color or grayscale.  I've followed the basic troubleshooting steps to remove/delete the printer and all drivers and reinstalled them.  I'm looked through all menus and am unable to find the option.  I've attempted to print from PDF reader, word and google docs.  None of them offer a color option.  I've looked through all the printer preference options and the color option is not available.

Did you uninstall the printer from root level?

If not, perform root level uninstallation to remove all the printer related software's.

Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.

Type %temp% in the run field, and click OK.

Look for, and open the folder starting with 7z (Example: 7zS2356)

Open folder Util

Open folder CCC

Run the uninstall_ L4.bat

When the uninstall has completed restart the computer

Press the Windows key + R on the keyboard to bring up the run menu.

Type %programfiles% in the run field and click OK.

Delete any HP/Hewlett Packard folders.

Download and install printer full feature driver

Click here to download the driver.

Once you install the printer, change the bellow settings to print in color.

1. Open Devices and Printers by clicking the Start button , and then, on the Start menu, clicking Devices and Printers.
2. Right-click the printer that you want to use, and then click Printing preferences.
3. Make your choices, and then click OK.
4. Under option Print color select color , then the OK button.
