Black printing is fine. Color printing smears, such as blue having irregular streaks of pink across it on solid color slides, or solid green background heading having yellow streaks in it. Color text seems fine on top the streaked backgrounds, as if colors aren't combining cleanly to make a solid color background.
I have already run the clean printheads utility multiple times and changed to new color cartridges (all new HP). How can I get rid of the smearing of solid color backgrounds? Printer is 2+ years old and just recently started having this problem.
