The colors of my printings look wrong. In some cases, yellow is lacking or completely missing. So green came out blue and brown came out purple. In other cases, blue was lacking/missing. So blue came out brown. However, in that same printing, green came out fine. So blue was used but just in making green, not as itself. I did a test print and there were all 3 colors. They seem to match the color sample on the box. Despite so, I bought a new ink cartridge and the problem persist. I just downloaded and reinstalled the driver and the problem didn't go away. Can anyone help?

After I posted this question, I found the fix from another posting in this forum. A lot of people had the same issues after updating to window 10. I don't know how to insert the link to the post that solved the problem so I am just copying and pasting the fix here:
"After much trial and error, I finally ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor, and did a test print. It printed Yellow, Cyan, and Magenta test patches. I then printed my test page from Powerpoint with Red, Green, Blue, Magenta, Cyan and Yellow blocks, and they printed OK!! The "doctor" did not report any problems, but its test print seemed to fix the problem."
Hope this helps someone with the same problem.
