Product: HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard and older

Color isnt printing correctly, I have changed the cartridge as well as ran cleaning diagnostic tool. Magenta is not pulling at all red comes out yellow

It's the colour ink cartridge.

Chances that 2 color ink cartridges have the same issue are close to 0.
