You were right about the black @Bob_Headrick
However I had an old 65XL cartridge sitting around that when I first inserted it the printer wouldn't recognise it and I had lost the receipt; so decided to give that a clean off with some distilled water and to my surprise it actually worked!
However, the printing was a bit messed up, lots of lines going through it, after a couple of deep cleans it made it a lot better (but not perfect).
Still having colour issues though, something is messed up with the colour settings somewhere (or there is something wrong with the printer)...... colours seem very saturated; changed it to allowing Photoshop to manage the colours, closest I can get is by telling it to use e-SRGB, however the colours are still a bit dull, and not very vibrant at all.
FTR I am using "relative colorimetric", which is apparently the best to use for photos.
Not sure what else to try TBH.
Oh btw..... interesting about te "Instant Ink" - I would for sure go for that but unfortunately not available in my country 😞
Thanks for your help.
