Product is OfficeJet 4650.  Problem is one that others have had:  Printer prints random reports that use up a lot of paper.  It also seems to constantly need the date and time reset, though that is not a big issue for me.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and a "power drain" solution I saw on this site, but nothing worked.

I see there is random report printing from the unit. May I know if are you using a Windows laptop?

If yes, Please run print and scan doc this will help to fix the issue.

Once done, Please run the printer firmware update. Click Here
