Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I printed a document, changed the cartriidge then when I went to print the message "Door Open" appeared.

The door is closed ?????

I am answereing my own post.

After frustrating atempts to fix the problem, in desperation I uninstalled the printer from my computer then reinstalled it.

Printer now works fine
