Product: HP Envy Photo 7858 printer

Ink Cartridge installation problem on my HP Envy Photo 7858 Printer.  I followed all of the simple instructions (over and over) but can't get rid of the Cartridge Problem error message: "Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed."  Has anyone encountered this?  I have no idea what to do.

I understand you've issues with your ink cartridges, I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge to resolve the issue. If the issue persists, it could be an issue with the ink cartridges or the printer hardware itself.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
