Product: HP envy 5032

I can’t print using bt WiFi. My internet is down and BT are working on fixing it. I need to connect to BT WiFi fon connection BT have told me to use while they fix my line but when I connect to it on my printer nothing will print. I really need to sort this out ASAP. I need to print things for my business today and typically BT can’t fix my line any quicker.

 

Can anyone help please?

@Libbyd40, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

Are you trying to connect to the mobile hotspot? If yes, it is not a stable connection, it may or may not work with the printer.

 

Instead, use the WiFi Direct option to connect the printer and print. Refer to the document HP Printers - Printing with Wi-Fi Direct  for help.
