Deskjet 3540
iOS

Suddenly I am unable to print on my Deskjet 3540 printer from my iPad wirelessly. It worked 24 hours ago and nothing has obviously changed.

To try and correct, I have........

1 unplugged both router and printer, and restarted. Still won’t print

2 on the printer touch screen, reset to the wireless network, successfully. Still won’t print

3 using the printer touch screen I have successfully printed a Status Report, so printer works.

4 the process to print using my iPad works as always, selecting the page to print; the last step “print”, apparently ok, BUT no printer activity.

5 my iPad is correctly connected to the same WiFi network as my printer

I really don’t know what next to try, hopefully someone can help. Thank you.
