Suddenly today, printer drops connection to computer. Will pick it up if I unplug and plug back in, but only for a short while. It will print at that time. It’s connected via USB cord. Have uninstalled it and reinstalled by downloading driver from hp site. The screen and lights all flash and it is unresponsive. Can’t turn it off using printer power button. When checking it under devices and printers, it is greyed out. No changes with internet settings and internet works fine.
