When I print a document on my printer, I get a part of the same page at the bottom of my printed page. I already installed new drivers and new software for my printer, but nothing helps. The cartridges are all working and not empty, I already cleaned the inside of the printer but no result. How can I solve this problem? I included a print of the testpage.

I followed all the steps in the document, still the same problem exists. Bad prints with the same part printed on the same page. I totally cleaned the inide of the printer, but that didn't make any difference.

I have found the solution of my print problem. After reinstall of the printer software and drivers my problem still wasn't solved. I finally found the problem in the Advanced settings of the printer, the Paper and the Graphic element tabs where the settings were not right. I saved my changes and then this solved my problem (see printscreens) with the double prints on the same page.Paper settingsPaper settingsGraphical elementsGraphical elements
