Hi @DeadpooLucifer,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Error Message 1: Head Not Compatible

  • Ensure Printheads Are Installed Correctly: Verify that the indicated printhead is correctly installed. Open the printer’s front door, remove and reinsert the printhead into its slot until it clicks into place. Close the printhead cover properly.

Error Message 2: Scanner Not Working

  • Restart the Printer: Turn the printer off, then on again.
  • Check Scanner Hardware: Make sure scanner components are unobstructed and functioning properly. Clear any dust or debris from the scanner lid sensor to ensure accurate functionality.

Error 2: Auto Power On

  • Power Connection Check: Verify the power button functionality and ensure that the power cord is securely connected to a functioning power outlet.

Error 3: Power Not Off

  • Verify Automatic Power Settings: Ensure that the printer's Auto-Off settings are enabled correctly to facilitate automatic power cycle.

Error 4: Color Printing Option Not Working

  • Check Ink Levels: Make sure the ink tanks are not low on ink and refill if necessary.
  • Printhead Alignment: Perform printhead alignment using the printer software to help resolve color printing issues.
  • Check Settings: Confirm the color printing settings in your application are configured correctly.

I hope this helps.
