HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

My HP 3830 prints continuously, except for one word, "CHAT".  It feeds until out of paper.  I have cancelled dozens of times and it still continues.....

there are really 2 possible scenarios here:

1. Some one has hacked your printer and is sending an endless spool of pages. Changing the IP address of the printer should solve the problem.

2. You have a job stuck in the queue of your computer. You do not state what type of computer you have. If Windows, follow these instructions to clear the queue https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-to-clear-printer-queue-in-windows-10/7e5ac...

If the error repeats itself, you may have a corrupted printer driver or file you are trying to print, in that case, delete your drivers and reinstall the printer.

Why Is My Printer Printing Blank Pages?
Congested nozzles.
Improper cartridge installation.
Cartridges dislodged from their proper place.
Driver and software issues.
Wrong paper size.
Blank pages in the document you're printing
