HP OfficeJet Pro 8210 Printer

Hi,

I am having an issue where a display is stuck on my control panel screen on my hp officejet 8210 printer. Due to this I cannot connect to the wifi as I cannot get into wifi settings from the control panel. I have tried unplugging the printer and leaving it for 30 seconds and then turning it back on but the message still appears and I cannot click out of it. What should I do to solve this problem.

Many thanks,

Laura

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Let's try and reset the Printer:

To restore the printer to the original factory defaults 1. From the printer control panel, from the Home screen, select Setup , and then press OK . 2. Select Tools, and then press OK . 3. Select Restore, and then press OK . 4. A warning message appears which indicates all configured settings will be deleted and the original factory settings will be restored. Press the OK button to continue.

Let me know if this helps.
