Product: ENVY 7640
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Copy function on ENVY 7640 insists that load paper is not Legal size. It is. I can print from Pages but copy function says "Incorrect Paper  Copy does not support Oficio" and refuses to accept Legal in its stead. I can print from Pages.

Hi,

Open and close the paper tray and evaluate the shown prompt, be sure to follow the prompt on the screen to change the paper size from Oficio to Legal.

 

Be sure to load your original into the top document feeder as the flatbed glass supports up to Letter / A4 only.
