I would guess that if this is possible at all (questionable), you need to use the printer ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) - the "maximum" size from the printer flatbed (glass) is likely limited to the same dimensions as those used for "Scan" operations.

Information - "what the printer can do"

Specifications

Caveat:  The limitation with using the ADF is the Paper Size - only several Paper Sizes are available and there may not be a way to "Customize" the paper size setting.  Example of a supported ADF paper size:  Legal 8.5 x 14 inches

The printer may generally support custom sizes, though I cannot verify that you can set / access / use custom paper size for Copy operations.

Second limitation:  ADF paper weight is limited to 75gsm  - "bond" paper is typically within ISO standards for the paper type - see your paper packaging for gsm information or use an available chart developed for the purpose.

Reference (one of many on the subject):

Paper Weights Explained and Simplified

What to do - what to try - where to check / adjust

What about the paper in the printer tray?

Check / Adjust / Retain the Paper at the Printer Panel

Open Printer Tray,

If you have not yet done so, add desired paper type

Close Tray

IF applicable for your printer:

Look for a message on the Printer Control Panel,

Click Modify (wording varies), set the paper size and type, Click OK

NOTE:  If the size of the Paper Size is not in the Drop-down list, Select Custom

Set the Preferences - Windows - Scanning and Printing

  1. The following assumes the Full Feature Software has been installed.
  2. Check / enable the printer as the “Default Printer”
  3. Select and adjust settings in each category for the Media (kind of paper), source (tray), and paper size.

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Right-Click on your printer > Set as Default

Control Panel > icon view > Devices and Printers > Right-Click on your printer > Printing Preferences >

Tab Printing Shortcuts > Click / Highlight preferred shortcut > Click Apply > Click OK to exit

If the printer software supports the feature, change the settings as desired, then use “Save as” to create a Custom Shortcut.

OR

Windows key + S (search for) Printers and Scanners

Left-Click on (your) Printer > Manage >

Printing Preferences

Select a shortcut and / or set “preferred settings” for paper, source (tray), other settings

Optional (if / as available): Save As > enter a name for your custom shortcut

Click OK to save the preferences

What to do about the Copy Setup

If the printer is on the network, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to configure / adjust the Copy Defaults.

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

tab Settings > Copy Settings > Default Settings

The following examples may not match your printer's EWS environment - the intent is to provide you enough information that you can find / adjust whatever settings are available in your printer.  Will it be enough?  Will your print cooperate?  Maybe.

Yours is an older printer - EWS Copy Defaults likely look more like the following:

EWS_Settings_Copy_1EWS_Settings_Copy_1

Newer / Different printer model example

EWS - Officejet Pro 9025 - Copy Defaults

Printers in this category have shifted the Tray and Paper Preferences to a separate Setting

9025_EWS_Preferences_Tray_and_Paper_Management_19025_EWS_Preferences_Tray_and_Paper_Management_1

Copy Defaults for this (and similar models) are still in the "typical" Settings category
