Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

This is the second or third time this error code has been displayed.  May not have searched data base  well enough.  What does the error code mean?  Where do I go after the code is identified?  Thanks

Printer is the Smart Tank 651 on a wireless network.

Error Code OXB84232CC

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you are getting an OXB84232CC error, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
