Help, I have an HP officejet 3830 and I am trying to print an envelope for a birthday card the envelope size is 5 3/4 high by 8 3/4 wide and i cannot find an envelope size that will work. I read that I can create a custom size but that still doesn't work.

Hello,
Unfortunately, your printer does not support this type of measurement for printing.
Try the following solution:
- On the keyboard, press the Windows and R keys simultaneously. The Run window opens.
- Type printui /s /t0, then press the Enter key. The Print Server Properties window opens in the Forms tab.
- Click the Create a new form check box, and then type the name you want in the Form name: field.
- In the Width: field type 8.5in and in the Height: field type 5.5in.
- Click Apply, and then OK.
- Then try to print your envelope with the format you just created.
Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.
Best regards,

Nope didn't work. The printer itself doesn't have that measurement in it. As I put the envelope in it asks what size do I have and I have tried tricking it to say it is one of the ones in the list that is close to the size but as soon as it draws it in it stops and says it is wrong. Oh well I will just have to write the address on the envelopes.
Thank you
