HP Ink Tank Wireless 415
macOS 10.14 Mojave

I just buy new HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 but facing a problem that cyan colour missing. Even i try to cleanhead but no change. I check printhead.. just 2 colour working and cyan no working. What shoud i do?

A warm welcome to HP Forums! This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries.

Power resetting the printer and performing and automated printhead cleaning may resolve the issue. Please try these steps:

1) Make sure this printer is plugged into a direct wall, not a surge protector

2) Remove all of the printheads from the printer and close the door

3) Remove the power cord from the back of the printer (Do no press the power button)

4) Plug the power cord back into the printer

5) Wait for the printer to turn on completely, then install the printheads.

6) Press and hold the Power button, press the Cancel button  three times, press the Start Copy Color button  eight times, and then release the Power button.

7) Use steps 7 and 8 from this document to clean and align printheads.

That's unfortunate, I'm afraid, its a possible printhead failure. Please call HP Support to obtain all available repair/replacement options. You may use the following steps to contact your regional HP Support:

1) Click on this link.

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device. 

4) Select the country from the drop-down. 

5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
