Product: D7560 Photosmart
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hello, D7560 has a "Printhead Problem" Error message, it won't go away even with new printhead and new cartridges. I tried pulling the power and waited 5+ minutes to cold-boot but to no avail. Is there an internal reset somewhere?
