Product: HP LaserJet Pro MFP 4101fdw Printer

Running both Windows and Macs on my home network, so the OS isn't really as much an issue.

 

I used the printer yesterday for the first time to satisfactorily scan documents into PDF format which was done on my Mac. This morning, I get the blue screen on the printer with the DD000F58 message which apparently means it needs a firmware update.  Rebotted both my wifi router and the printer and downloaded a driver from the HP site to a USB drive which I tried to upload to the printer without success. Appreciate any insight you may have.
